This is our idea of fine dining at home and a great way to celebrate a special evening for two. We start this with the glamorous Spicy Waldorf Salad (see in post below) and accent with some wonderful California Sauvignon Blanc like Doug Margerum's crisp winner that cuts the richness of this dish with a sylish knife.
SYBARITE
SAUVIGNON BLANC
This is real Sauvignon Blanc, crisp and clean; there are hints of melon,
green grass, some fruit cocktail and a clear minerality on the nose.
Haven't had veal oskar in years, crunchy style sounds great, so does the wine.

I've never heard of chicken oskar, but this looks fantastic - love the asparagus and sauce! :) Wonderful recipe.
